What We Do

At Nessa Loves Weddings, we help you plan your dream celebration, whether it’s an intimate gathering in Ireland or a sun-soaked destination wedding in Portugal.

Our services are designed to make the entire experience joyful and stress-free, from finding your perfect venue and curating your supplier team to designing a stunning visual concept that reflects your story.

We take care of all the details so you can relax, enjoy the process, and truly soak in the excitement of your engagement and wedding experience.

We work on weddings and events for people who want something special. We genuinely treat each celebration as if it was for our own family or friends and we only work on a limited number of weddings in Ireland & Portugal each year. We like to be able to give each of my couples enough commitment, time and energy for their beautiful celebration. 

After your initial enquiry, we will arrange a Zoom call with you to see if we are the right fit for each other. We like to hear about you, your wedding plans and ideas. If we are the right person for you, we will work with you to create an event that reflects your own unique personality and style - our lovely clients generally know what they want, they usually just don’t have the time or the experience to do it themselves.

  • This is our full wedding planning and day-of-coordination service, with no styling. This service is great for our couples who want a well-planned event but are happy to go with the decorative elements provided by their venue.

    • We will help you find your perfect venue, then conduct a site visit so that we can figure out and discuss the best set-up and ideas for you. 

    • Our team will research, book and manage your selection of chosen suppliers. We will manage all the logistics and schedules. We will be the supplier’s point of contact, helping you with all communication and administrative tasks, including scheduling calls and appointments.

    • We will advise on the set-up, schedule and music for your ceremony as well as manage any suppliers involved in the ceremony. We will also be there to fix your veil and get you ready to walk up the aisle.

    • We will work with your chosen stationery designer to manage the production process from printing to posting if needed. 

    • We will work with you, your venue or your caterers to help you choose and create your menu as well as help you in choosing those important wine pairings if needed. 

    • We will manage your wedding day timeline, including a list of all suppliers’ details and a wedding day schedule for everyone involved.

    • We will be there on the day checking to see if your suppliers have arrived on time, getting you ready for your walk up the aisle and reminding you of timings. We will make sure you enjoy your fun, relaxed, love-filled day. 

  • Maybe you feel like you just need help with finding your perfect venue and that you can handle the rest yourself? We can also help you with this!

    We will send you venue suggestions based on what we think would suit you following a Zoom chat. Once you have planned to come to Ireland or Portugal to find your venue, we will schedule a day of venue visits with you and we will pick you up and bring you to visit your favourite selection in person.
