This is our full wedding planning and day-of-coordination service, with no styling. This service is great for our couples who want a well-planned event but are happy to go with the decorative elements provided by their venue.

• We will help you find your perfect venue, then conduct a site visit so that we can figure out and discuss the best set-up and ideas for you. 

• Our team will research, book and manage your selection of chosen suppliers. We will manage all the logistics and schedules. We will be the supplier’s point of contact, helping you with all communication and administrative tasks, including scheduling calls and appointments.

• We will advise on the set-up, schedule and music for your ceremony as well as manage any suppliers involved in the ceremony. We will also be there to fix your veil and get you ready to walk up the aisle.

• We will work with your chosen stationery designer to manage the production process from printing to posting if needed. 

• We will work with you, your venue or your caterers to help you choose and create your menu as well as help you in choosing those important wine pairings if needed. 

• We will manage your wedding day timeline, including a list of all suppliers’ details and a wedding day schedule for everyone involved.

• We will be there on the day checking to see if your suppliers have arrived on time, getting you ready for your walk up the aisle and reminding you of timings. We will make sure you enjoy your fun, relaxed, love-filled day. 

As your day-of-wedding coordinators, Nessa and her team will be there to help bring your wedding plans to life and to ensure that all your thoughtfully considered details come together so that you can be fully present on your big day.

Whilst we have not been with you for your full planning process, we will do a full handover with you to make sure that everything unfolds exactly as you have envisioned. Nessa will ensure that every aspect of the event runs according to the pre-established timeline and plans.

We will organise and coordinate all your suppliers as well as have direct contact with your venue to make sure that everything runs smoothly and with as little stress for you as possible in the lead-up to your wedding and on the day of your wedding.

We will be there on the day to bring everything together perfectly for you.

We will send you venue suggestions based on what we think would suit you following a Zoom chat. Once you have planned to come to Ireland or Portugal to find your venue, we will schedule a day of venue visits with you and we will pick you up and bring you to visit your favourite selection in person.
